chat with Bot application instance #145

We can today instantiate a Bot application and we can call it via Voip or PSTN but chat is disbled,
Chat is possible in the other hand if we create a Bot (uploading a manifest, etc..) The hole UX is broken.. since user need to seqrch for different contact if they need to call or just chat..

Is it supposed to work (chat witz an application instnce/ ressource account) or is it planned to be enabled ?
