Describe the bug I go to aka.ms/ge I enter https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/oauth2PermissionGrants as the url graph app disappears

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: I go to aka.ms/ge I enter https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/oauth2PermissionGrants as the url
