Tenant icon is not adapting to change in theme #3291

Describe the bug When you switch Graph Explorer's theme from dark mode to light mode, the tenant icon colour is yellow instead of blue (GE's light theme color mode for icons) Screenshots

I believe this will be resolved with #3294
