Proposal: Investigate using Microsoft Graph Toolkit with PowerApps

Description

We've recently seen interest and questions from the developer community around using Microsoft Graph Toolkit components with PowerApps. We should investigate the feasibility and potentially provide a sample & documentation if it's possible.

Rationale

PowerApps enables connecting to data and building applications with no code/low code and may be a good new use case for MGT.

Preferred Solution

If the components 'just work' with PowerApps, then the results of this investigation should be a sample in the samples folder or a getting started guide in in the documentation. Otherwise, if there is work required, the result should be a write up (as part of a new issue) of what work is required to add support.
