[MGTP> mgt-login > Multiple accounts]: Proper keyboard focus rectangular boundary is not provided on the list items of multiple accounts under 'Megan Bowen' pop-up. #2282

Test Environment: OS Build: Windows 11 Version: 22H2 (OS Build 25357.1) Browser: Edge dev Browser Version 115.0.1843.0 (Official build) dev (64-bit) URL: [Components / mgt-agenda / Properties - Preferred Timezone ⋅ Storybook](https://mgt.dev/next/v3/?path=/story/components-mgt-agenda-properties--preferred-timezone) User ID: v-id

Repro Steps:

  1. Open the above URL and login with valid credentials.
  2. 'Microsoft Graph Toolkit Playground' Overview page will get displayed.
  3. Navigate to the 'Multiple accounts' under mgt-login through up/down arrow key.
  4. Navigate to 'Megan Bowen' button and activate it.
  5. Navigate with up/down arrow key on list items of multiple account
  6. Observe the issue.

Actual Result: Proper keyboard focus rectangular boundary is not provided on the list items under 'Megan Bowen' pop-up.

Expected Result: Proper keyboard focus rectangular boundary should be provided on the list items under 'Megan Bowen' pop-up.

User Impact: Person with visual disability will get impacted as user will not be able to identify the keyboard focus and hence will not be able to navigate or track the content.

Issue has been fixed on below test Environment. Test Environment: OS Build: Windows 11 Version: 22H2 (OS Build 23466.1001) Browser: Edge dev URL: Components / mgt-login - Multiple Accounts â‹… Storybook Browser Version 115.0.1866.1 (Official build) dev (64-bit)
