[BUG] mgt-login component flyout stops working after logout and relogin #3249

Describe the bug Flyout stops opening after logging out and logging back in

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. go to mgt playground
  2. select mgt login component
  3. sign in
  4. click the person, flyout open --> sign out
  5. sign in again
  6. flyout not working

Expected behavior flyout should open
