Describe the bug Installation of msgraph-cli fails when the user has azure-cli installed

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install azure-cli
  2. Install msgraph-cli
  3. Observe that msgraph-cli installation fails

Expected behavior Expected msgraph-cli to be installed

Additional context Good chance that azure-cli and msgraph-cli share the same package id.
