Describe the bug I can't select cloud or version

To Reproduce

Run mg profile select-cloud
Observe that you can't select a cloud

Expected behavior I expected to select a cloud

Additional context This bug is a consequence of piping the output to less or more for paging. We might also have issues later on when we want to support interactive mode. AB#8034
