I have just tried chkMocks with ITS2 results; it stops with error Error in access(object, "otu_table", errorIfNULL) : otu_table slot is empty. Have you ever experienced this error? If you want I can send the phyloseq

Hi @ep142 Thanks for the query. Unfortunately, the current implementation of the tool does not support ITS2.
