SubmissionSet classification #221

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Java RI 3.0RC on Windows 2008 Server

Please provide any additional information below.
When an XD message is constructed (or at least, when a "No Trusted Recipients" 
response is generated), the message uses the classificationScheme attribute to 
classify the Submission Set, but the proper attribute is classificationNode.  
(See ITI TF-3, section 4.1.11.2.)
