Update docs for official support on avrdude 7.2 #17

Avrdude added support for ScratchMonkey on https://github.com/avrdudes/avrdude/releases/tag/v7.2, so I believe the patch isn't needed anymore! 🚀 🎉 🙌🏼

The 7.2 support is not complete (LED handling is missing). But there exist a PR https://github.com/avrdudes/avrdude/pull/1517 that supports the LEDs.
