Currently, the m of minor chords uses absolute scaling irrespectively of the size of the chordname. This pull request fixes this.

Somehow I appear to have missed your PR, but as it happens, I just ran into the same issue. My fix is a little bit different (I want to keep all my changes contained to morejazz.ily, so jazzchords.ily keeps the original display style), but the effect should be similar.
