проблема возможно из-за конфликта версий Qt, 
откатиться до 4.7.2 есть возможность?

Ну в логах только два warning'а, 2й вроде не 
критичный, а первый должен лечиться так

сделал 
$ sudo apt-get -y remove --purge qt-at-spi
потом logout - не помогло

Под виртуалкой в Ubuntu 11.10 работает, давайте 
на strace посмотрим.

попробуйте прописать захват Qt в
