Lightpack instantly crashes on startup #280

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed Shogun 2
2. Set to DX9 mode in dev tab
3. Light pack now instantly crashes

Have tried:
uninstalling and reinstalling light pack
run in compatibility mode 
run as admin
run with desktop composition off 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
5.8.6 win 7 64bit

Please provide any additional information below.

could you please attach log file please? they are in <your home>/Lightpack/Logs
