As the other guy said: Using the proprietary radeon drivers by AMD will work 
only on the desktop, but not using software like ie. mplayer (using any kind of 
vo, be it gl, gl2, xv, x11, xvideo).

This happened with the newest (ie. current) github checkout of Prismatik as of 
yesterday (2014-01-26).

The color shown seems to be the "greenscreen" color that the driver uses for 
the video overlay, but not the overlayed video itself.

Please fix if you can, it's kind of a deal breaker on Linux.
