What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run Prismatik with an arduino running adalight.
2. Grab the colours around my secondary screen.
3. Run XBMC.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Prismatik usually works fine on XBMC. However, sometimes after a random amount
of time the colour of the LEDs freezes. Sometimes Prismatik works for the
entire length of a movie (>2h), but sometimes even after as little as 5 minutes
the LEDs freeze.
This can be solved by using ALT+TAB and selecting the desktop. By doing so the
LEDs take on the colour of the desktop after about 1s. After reselecting XBMC
using ALT+TAB the Prismatik does work again with XBMC.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Prismatik 5.9.6 capture source: WinAPI (full screen)
Windows 7 x64 (aero off)
XBMC 12.2
