Grab area size won't get smaller than 58x64 #343

The grab areas won't get smaller than 58x64. Is this on purpose?

The config file I've created with this calculator
http://sanya.tarhelyszolgaltato.eu/
should set them to 32x30. But the GUI shows them as 58x64.
I can't resize them by dragging at the edge of the areas to a size smaller than 
58x64 either, so now all areas are overlapping.
