Problem #350

I would like to ask you one question, Just today I decided to try purchased 
Light Pack and have issue -  no response at all, software working, I can have 
different setups and etc, but no any light on diodes at all, Green light 
working on device when connected to PC but no another kind of action 
observed....

Can you please help me with that issue, what causes can be ?
