plugins show up as error #361

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open prismatik 10.4 on windows 8.1 x64. 
2. Copy and extract plugins folders to the plugins folder in prismatik.
3. Reload plugins in GUI.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Error, plugins don't load.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

Same problem, but im pretty sure the plugins i found only work with prismatik 
5.10.5. And im guessing since its still in alpha phase, they wont try to make 
it work on it until a stable version is release. (*only what i think might be 
wrong).

And preinstalled plugin "Animate" does nothing.  When trying to run from 
console gives error that it's missing BasePluggin.py, not sure where to find or 
where to put this file.  Still not sure how to make it work.
