Software closes after a couple of seconds #364

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install software for Lightpack.
2. open software, shows in tray at bottom left for a few seconds, but cant be 
opened.
3. automatically closes after a couple of seconds.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

just closes rather then working, was working in the past.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

5.10.4 on windows 7.

Please provide any additional information below.
