win7 mediaacentre - no screen grab in full screen #366

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open windows 7 media centre (64bit)
2. screen grab doesn't work - LED's stay at same brightness.
3. if you open another window over the top or restore fullscreen to windowed 
mode, screen grab works properly.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
for the LEDs to work in fullscreen mode.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
5.10.5   windows 7 ultimate 64bit

on some digging.. when media centre runs full screen, it is in direct x 11 full 
screen mode. i have seen that this is a known issue although is partially fixed?

ok - found a workroand that works 100% and is free:

install Ambibox 2.1.5, and playclaw 5. both free, set the capture mode as 
playclaw and the device as lightpack inambibox software.

works a treat.  intrestingly, under win7 x64 media centtre full screen (normal) 
mode, playclaw reports that its directx9 64 bit that is in operation, not dx11 
as i first through.
