LED mapping not correct #368

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. All LEDs are connected in the right positions.
2. Show the grab widgets on the screen (either in the configuration wizard or
by setting the appearance of the grab widgets to colored in prismatik).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In the configuration wizard, when clicking on the grab widgets numbered 3, 4,
or 5, the corresponding LED 3, 4 or 5 should light up. Instead widget 5 maps to
LED #4, widget 4 maps to LED #3, and widget 3 maps to LED #5. It's the same
thing with the grab widget appearance set to colored: the widget number 5 is
red, but the LED #5 is blue and the LED #4 is red.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Prismatik 5.10.5 (revision 7706351)
Firmware: v7.5
OS: Windows 8.1

Sorry, disregard this issue. For some reason I thought the mapping was correct
before I upgraded primatik and the firmware, but I have since realized this was
not the case. It looks as though the issue is actually a hardware one, and can
only be resolved by either switching around the ports of the affected LEDs or
by moving the grab zones so that they correspond with the actual LED they are
controlling.
