Green dead in one of the diodes. #369

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Noticed one strip displaying incorrectly.
2.While using color balance I realized said strip not producing green.
3.1 strip replacement would be beneficial.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Everything is perfect except for one strip not producing any green at all, just 
Red and Blue.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
5.10.5   Windows 7
