Not woriking Prismatik 5.9.6! #378

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Install prismatik 5.9.6
2. Run it.
3. Device error.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

No light!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Windows 8 32 bit. LightPack (Model T)

Please provide any additional information below.

Version 5.10.6 is running with LightPack. But plugins are not working.

5.9.6 is not supposed to work with Lightpack T. Plugin infrastructure was 
reworked since 5.9.6 and we will update plugins soon. Meanwhile please make 
sure you have python installed and you have it in "PATH" environment variable 
to make Animate plugin work.

How soon?  It's been quite a while and all I have is very basic functionality 
from my LightPack.  It was a quite expensive lamp to not be able to play with 
it.
