One LED Port doesn't work, the rest of the LEDs on that side are static colors. #385

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I rebooted my computer, and even during bootup, one side of the lightpack
(the left side) was lit up and the other (right side) was not. Also on the
left side (the side that is lit), the very top port does not work. I have
switched the LED pugs around to make sure it was not the light itself, but it
is the unit.

2. Strangely, when the operating system (Windows 7) boots up, the side that was
not lit (right side) lights up and does the appropriate function (change colors
when my desktop changes colors), BUT the side that was originally lit (left
side) is set at the same colors (in order from top port down, the following
lights are displayed: no light, green, blue, green, white. The other side
works perfect as it should: changes when my desktop changes.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
One LED port on the left side is not functional, the rest of the lights on the
left side stay lit. The right side works appropriately, changing color as it
reflects what is on the screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
software 5.10.6 (revision 02e3978 ), firmware read device fail
Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate

Please provide any additional information below.
