PC game BattleField 4 win 7 64x gtx780 - no work in fullscreen mode

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run BattleField 4 64x win7 64x Full screen (any settings)
2. Set Lightpack to grabbing screen
3. No LED working in full screen BF4 game

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
non of LED liting up , no grabbing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
Please fix full screen crabing , i bought this device only for that, we have 
big gamning community www.dirtygun.us and many players very interested in it , 
but with no full screen grabing , device useles . Asking you guys plz fix

Use windowed fullscreen - looks the same as proper fullscreen, but means that 
the lights work as well. It's what I use. Only downside is that people using 
multiple graphics card will only get to use the first one.

No its not the same , boarderless mode , has screen tearing , and FPS its much 
lower /. On ultra settings ill looks no were near fullscreen and smoothness is 
lost too in boarderless!

ok - found a workroand that works 100% and is free:

install Ambibox 2.1.5, and playclaw 5. both free, set the capture mode as 
playclaw and the device as lightpack inambibox software.

works a treat.  intrestingly, under win7 x64 media centtre full screen (normal) 
mode, playclaw reports that its directx9 64 bit that is in operation, not dx11 
as i first through.
