Media Player always crash using madvr renderer, even when lights turned off #391

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Playing any video(mostly tested with 720p mkv with ac3 audio) using
MPCBE/MPCHC using madvr as the renderer(seeking using the arrow key will
expedite the crashing) and having prismatik open, the status of the lights(on
or off) doesn't change anything.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The video start playing and then crash withing a few seconds, if not
immediately.
In the rare cases it doesn't, seeking a couple of times using the right arrow
will make it crash.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I tried with v5.10.5 and 5.10.6 on windows 7 SP1 x64.

Please provide any additional information below.
Disabling fullscreen exclusive and windowed overlay will make it take longer to
crash, as well as enabling delay playback start after seeking in madvr settings.
If fullscreen exclusive is enabled and in use, the player simply hangs instead
of crashing.
It will play normally for 2-3 seconds and then the video will stop completely,
but the audio will continue for a couple more seconds and then cut and start in
small portion and the player becomes completely unresponsive. The task manager
has to be used to kill the player process.

Closing MSI afterburner or EVGA precision X solved this problem for me. I
suspect it has something to do with the HW monitoring these two softwares
perform.
