Lightpack6 two "kind of dead" led strips. #400

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get lightpack 6
2. Flash it with latest Firmware 7.6 for Lightpack-USB
3. Install Prismatik 5.11.2 for Windows
4. Watch how you have two dead lead strips (#10 and #4), which will only 
activate in configuration wizard mode. In Lavalamp or screen capture  they are 
always completely dead.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
