Win 7 Kodi or XBMC screen grabber won't work #401

1. Open XBMC or Kodi in WIN 7 32/64bit
2. Play any movie and screen grabber just has one color blue.
3. Opened VLC and screen grabber DOES work. 

Win 7 latest patches to date
