Second Milestone

I create a model
Add associations between user model and friendship model
Add list of users
Add features like friend request

Hi @ccobasi :wave: this is the wrong branch the PR has to be done from your feature branch to your development branch something like this: ccobasi:featurex into ccobasi:development

That's why I had to close it :no_entry:
