In this pull request we did the following:

[x] Created an API endpoint to list all posts.
[x] Created an API endpoint to list all comments for a post.
[x] Created an API endpoint to add a comment to a post with the owner of the comment already specified.
[x] Added authentication to the API endpoints.
[x] Set up API endpoints to receive JSON and respond with JSON.
[x] Resolved all linter errors.
