Phone error with 1611 after restore #84

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use the phone until battery discharge to empty
2. Try downgrade, restore with itunes many ways still return error 1611
3. tried iphoneinterface (ibrickr) or iphuc with "auto-boot true" option 
then saveenv and fsboot but nothing happen.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Restored firmware (at least 1.0.2 version) but iphone always reboot with 
error 1611 on itunes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.1.1 OTB 8 GB iPhone, Windows XP OS.

Please provide any additional information below.
Hmmm I want to know more about recovery mode command list so far
    auto-boot
    saveenv
    fsboot
    reboot
what else available?
