Schema issue with Dataset to DatasetWithOrganization conversion

Datasets which need converted to DatasetsWithOrganization do not have the correct creators schema:

Datasets:

• creators->name->type -- always contains "organization"
• creators->name->description -- contains the name of the organization

DatasetsWithOrganization

• creators->name
• creators->abbreviation
• creators->location->name
• creators->location->description
• creators->location->postalAddress
