Identifier name/format causing it to not be returned in V1 get metadata web service #248

The following identifiers include #.

https://zenodo.org/record/319937#.WKxb1xLytPV https://zenodo.org/record/439078#.WNvahxLytzq

This is causing a 404 error when calling the v1 get metadata web service... http://localhost:8080/digital-commons/api/v1/identifiers/metadata?identifier=https%3A%2F%2Fzenodo.org%2Frecord%2F439078%23.WNvahxLytzq

We are going to edit the identifiers removing the # and everything following it... https://zenodo.org/record/319937 https://zenodo.org/record/439078

No issue here. they are being returned.
