Validations (existing data) - missing identifierSource for distribution #252

path: (root)->distributions->0->identifier->identifierSource

All of the identifiers here are bad and the identifierSource is empty all contain: {"identifier": "1", "identifierSource": ""}

We can remove Identifier ({"identifier": "1", "identifierSource": ""}) for these 217 records.

Identifier which contains identifier and identifier source, has been removed for these records.
