Validations (existing data) - missing Author for Citation #253

path: (root)->citations->6->authors (entry_id in (395)) and path: (root)->citations->2->authors (entry_id in (462, 466, 401))

for 395: citation title is Disease History Interactive Map and publicationVenue is Project Tycho. I am not entirely sure who to specify as the author for this one.

For the others I will update authors based on the title and publication venue results of a google search.

462 & 401: Dora L. Costa, Matthew E. Kahn this is based upon this article
