Validations (existing data) - missing Location Name #254

Postal Addresses have been inserted and we'll use those to specify the name of the location.

All entries have one of the following three postal addresses for their location... {"postalAddress": "5000 Forbes Ave., Baker Hall 132, Pittsburgh, PA, United States"} -- CMU {"postalAddress": "Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, United States"} -- RTI International {"postalAddress": "RODS Laboratory, Department of Biomedical Informatics, University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, PA, United States"} -- RODS Laboratory
