Validations (existing data) - missing date for Distribution #255

path: (root)->distributions->0->dates->0->date

The date field is null, but the Type field has contains {"value": "accessed", "valueIRI": ""}.

We can remove the dates field completely, thus removing the Type subcomponent to satisfy the validation. The value field specifying access does not contain adequate enough information to keep it.
