Hide the Galapagos entry. It's not maintained anymore. #276

Should we hide the Data Visualizer as well as the Data Formats?

Data Visualizer Galapagos - v1.0

Data Formats Galapagos CSV - v1 Galapagos CSV - v2

The following have references to Galapagos in their "Formats for data output:". Pitt-SEIR model pFRED Apollo FluTE Pitt-Anthrax model Ebola transmission model

Should we edit Formats for data output for those above?

No the Galapagos format is alive and well, it's just the software that hasn't been maintainted.
