Per the IAO, data sets are aggregates that must have two or more. OTherwise, it's not a dataset. So we cannot change this without changing the source ontology.
Alternatively, we could remove the imported class and recreate our own. Requires discussion. Hard to imagine a dataset about just one hospital stay of one patient one time.

Thanks for the additional information, I misunderstood the definition. I don't think we will have 1 data for 1 patient, 1 stay, 1 time point so I don't think we need to change.
