allow non 16:9 images for gallery thumbnail #133

We shouldn't need to enforce this like the video thumb. Video's are 16:9 because the iframe loaded is usually the same aspect ratio. For galleries, we should be more flexible so editors don't need to so finely prep their thumbnail.

Perhaps then we should just use the first image in the gallery? Open to thoughts.
