hide buttons if both disabled on Card Carousel #71

For the card carousel component, please hide the paging buttons if they are both disabled.

Example - large view with only three items. https://www.middlebury.edu/institute/features/homepage-march-2019

Seems like this is something that should be fixed Drupal-side with if node.field_paragraphs|length < 4, but let me know if you want to use a different approach.

The problem is the item counts change across breakpoints, so I need to handle it with js.
