Description:

Clicking on the PULL REQUEST header should sort by number (#) of the PR

Steps to reproduce:

Go to /dora-metrics
Open lead-time stats card
in the PR table beneath, try sorting by pull-requests

Expected behavior:

should sort the PRs based on the PR-number (#XXX)

Actual behavior:

doesn't sort at all
