Add trends-line graph on the deployment frequency overlay #544

Why do we need this ?

On all other cards, except the deployment frequency one, we are getting a trend-line graph that within the data-overlay

We already have trends data for the graph in the background of the card

We need to add the trends line graph in the overlay

This should mimic the appearance in the same way as happening on other card-overlays

Should like this at the end
