Configured Travis to build and test on macOS in addition to Linux #31

Looks good to me. That said, is there a reason to test the CPython version as well (not only PyPy) on OSX? We presently don't have wheels for CPython on OSX, any more than we do for PyPy.

Added macOS/CPython and Windows/CPython builds.
