2 of 3 commits are old and were applied earlier (please recreate your branch)
and new commit is not needed, because there's similar (but a bit different) change already in official repository.
I suggest you to do the following:
1) delete your fork of midgard-php5
2) create new clean fork
3) make changes in separate "feature branches", not in "master" or "ratatoskr"
this way it will be easy to keep "ratatoskr" branch in sync with official repo. I do it like this for last several months and this approach works really good
