Added Inkscape GUI master file, static resources such as fonts and generated resources in PNG 1x, 2x, 3x, 4x and SVG format.

@midilab I hope I did not mess up anything. As said, I did not convert the rotaries using WebKnobMan. If you need me to do this, I'll be happy to look into it. Apart from that, wow, I am super excited to see this implemented next! :nerd_face:

I've left some notes about the implementation so far on discord, i will need you from design perspective to solve some issues with image sizing and placement.
