Write Unit-test/Implementation for tasklist.py #13

Additional functionality needs to be created for tasklist.py.

The tasklist.py file needs to be able to do the following things:

Calculate the expected/bestcase/worstcase duration for a full list of tasks.
Calculate the standard deviation for a full list of tasks.

This needs to be done using TDD and the new Docker python builder.

Ask if there are any queries :).

@RootDevil I'm going to close this and break the task down a bit further. Then each of us can pick up different aspects of the development rather than having a massive chunk for one person.
