We all need to learn a little Docker so we can keep moving using the container development environment.

@RootDevil @aakasht05 this should be a priority if you have a spare hour. It's gonna be necessary to get this down if the project is gonna move on to the next stage. Just comment here when you have done enought o get up and running with Docker.

I'll clear it when we have all got it going.
