Tweak works fully except for animation. During the day background is bright blue and overnight dark blue, but no animation. I tried all options (no, background, animation) I turned off reduce motion option and installed all necessary libs. I have iPad 6 iOS 12.2 with unc0ver jb.
Before trying your tweak I installed xen html and live animation/wallpaper worked well.
